When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect:
You don't have to give us any information to browse the site. We don't use analytics or advertising tracking.
We use the information you send only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to quote for and carry out the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you're asking about work, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We don't sell your information or use it for marketing.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website. They process information on our behalf and only as we instruct:
The map on our contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your browser sends your IP address to OpenStreetMap so it can display the map. It doesn't set cookies.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, it is protected by the safeguards required under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We then delete them.
This website doesn't use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking.
The spam check on our contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may store a small amount of information in your browser to confirm you're a real person. This is strictly necessary to protect the form, so it doesn't need your consent.
The map on our contact page (OpenStreetMap) doesn't set cookies. The "Get directions" link opens Google Maps, where Google's own cookie policy applies.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To make a request, send us a message or write to us at our registered office. We'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
